IRRI, DA-CAR, Philrice met with partners from SCUs and LGUs to discuss the DA-IRRI Heirloom Rice Project's proposed interventions and activities for Year 2. A series of farmer consultation meetings is set for the coming weeks in order to validate the fit of these interventions to the needs and priorities of specific local self-help groups.
