Heirloom rice farmers in the Cordillera are now looking forward to a new regional processing and marketing facility for their produce. Groundbreaking was graced by DA-CAR Director Marilyn V. Sta. Catalina and Ifugao Governor Denis B. Habawel. The six-million peso facility, which will soon rise in Kiangan, Ifugao, is funded by DA-CAR.
